Birth and Parenting Preparation Courses for women/couples expecting their first babies. Women/couples wanting to attend should book into a course that finishes when they are about 34 – 37 weeks pregnant.These courses are free because they are fully subsidised by the Waitemata District Health Board.

Courses are held on Monday or Thursday Evenings 7:00 – 9:00pm in Henderson Central.

To cope with demand we have added an extra course on Mondays from 13 February - 19 March. There will be a $35 booking fee for this unsubsidised course.
