Birth and Parenting Preparation Courses for women/couples expecting their first babies. Women/couples wanting to attend should book into a course that finishes when they are about 34 – 37 weeks pregnant.


These courses are free because they are fully subsidised by the Waitemata District Health Board.

Courses are held on Saturdays 10:00am – 1:30pm- 2:30pm in Kumeu township.
