Birth and Parenting Preparation Courses for women/couples expecting their first babies. Women/couples wanting to attend should book into a course that finishes when they are about 34 – 37 weeks pregnant.These courses are free because they are fully subsidised by the Waitemata District Health




Board.

Courses held on Thursday Evenings 7:00 – 9:00pm in the WaiDHB building on Whangaparaoa Road, Red Beach.
