This course is designed for women/couples who are expecting twins or triplets. Although primarily aimed at first time parents, parents who have already had a singleton baby also find these courses useful. Women/Couples should book into a course that finishes by the time they are about 30 – 34weeks pregnant.

These courses are free because they are fully subsidised by the Waitemata District Health Board.

Courses held on Sunday afternoons in the Childbirth Education Department at North Shore Hospital.
