We accept payment via creditcard (Visa or Mastercard only) and Paypal payments through our secure webstore.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices include GST (applicable to NZ customers only).
We are 100 per cent committed to protecting your security and privacy. We collect and hold personal information from you when you fill out the forms in our website shop. We provide this information to PayPal so they can take your payment on our behalf. MAMA uses your personal information to supply you with the goods and services you have purchased from us, to obtain payment, to contact you in the event that there is a problem with filling your order and (if you agree) to let you know about new products or services that MAMA is offering.
It is our policy not to pass on your e-mail address, home address or any other details on to any other company or organization. Please tick the box on the check-out page if you do not want to receive email notification of MAMA promotions or new products.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours if you order during a weekend. If you supply your email address, we will let you know when your goods have left our premises.
Parcels within Auckland should arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. Delivery within the North Island should be received within 3 days and delivery for the South Island should arrive within 4 days of dispatch. Rural deliveries will often take an extra day.
Your goods will be delivered by courier to your door. All deliveries will require a signature in the first instance. Please inspect the packaging for damage before you sign.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered if an incorrect address has been entered at the time of purchase.
Delivery costs are:-
Auckland – $4.50 under 4 kg, $6.00 over 4kg
Countrywide – $6.00 under 4kg, $15.00 over 4kg, $28.50 over 8kg
Rural Delivery – $9.00 under 4kg, $18.00 over 4kg, $31.50 over 8kg i.e. All rural as in RD addresses have an extra $3 added.
MAMA is unfortunately, unable to ship goods internationally.
Most items on our website are in stock and available for immediate delivery to you. If we have sold out of the size and colour of an item you have ordered, we will contact you via email to let you know what the delay will be and you can choose to wait for delivery or to cancel your order and receive a refund.
We are happy to exchange or refund goods returned within 10 days of purchase.
All goods must be returned in original packaging, unused, unwashed and with all tags attached. Freight costs for returns are a customer expense unless the goods are faulty.
If the goods are faulty MAMA will refund delivery costs, we will also pay the return delivery costs if the return is a result of an error we have made e.g. wrong size/colour or product. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
We cannot accept returns where the damage or defect is a result of something you did. If you need to return items because the goods are faulty, please repack the product and any accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials and enclose a letter of explanation.
All credit card payments and refunds are made via Paypal, which is a payment processer at a SSL secured and encrypted site. This means that MAMA does not receive or hold your credit card details.
