Vicky Soper teaches Mother and Baby Yoga at MAMA Inc on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Mother and Baby Yoga provides a unique bonding experience that lays a firm foundation for health & well-being. It can assist women to regain or maintain good posture, strength and flexibility and relieve the aches and pains that inevitably occur when lifting and carrying a growing baby. The classes can energise tired mothers and teach relaxation skills.
These classes are suitable for mothers with babies from approximately 4weeks to 12months old, for beginners as well as women who have previously practiced yoga.Vicky encourages the mothers to stay for a cup of tea and chat after class to meet new friends and share mothering experiences.

Emily Morrison teaches Mother and Baby Yogalates (a fusion of Pilates and Yoga) at MAMA Inc on Tuesdays. These classes focus on restrengthening core muscles that have been stretched and weakened during pregnancy as well as stretching and releasing tension held in key muscle groups such as the neck and shoulders. Babies are welcome. Emily creates a relaxed environment that caters for mothers who need to stop and care for/feed their babies as necessary.
These classes are suitable for mothers with babies from approximately 6 weeks old up to whatever age mum and baby are still enjoying the class. No prior experience with yoga or pilates is required.
