Counselling can help you with common concerns. Talking to a person who is not involved in your problems can assist you to sift through your thoughts and feelings and develop solutions that can help you.

Robyn offers the following services:-

  • Individual Counselling provides an opportunity to talk to a neutral person who can assist you to work out issues in a way that feels supportive and non-judging.
  • Relationship Counselling can offer an environment of listening, learning and safety to talk to each other about what is really bothering you both and discovering ways of communicating that supports the relationship rather than undermining it.
  • Family Counselling provides a safe environment in which families can come together and negotiate possible solutions to their problems. It can be essential when there has been separation or when parents are creating new families to discuss the many issues that can arise for which there has been no “training”.
  • Mediation can often support a way of communicating to reach agreed upon or negotiated outcomes or actions.

Robyn has a Diploma in Counselling from the the Human Development and Training Institute and is a member of the NZ Association of Counsellors. She is an experienced Family Court Counsellor. As well as her private practice, Robyn works for community agencies dealing with domestic violence, relationship and family issues.
