There are  twelve midwives working from the consulting rooms  located at MAMA Inc.  - 1 Taylors Road Morningside/Mt Albert.  These midwives provide full continuity of midwifery care to pregnant women during pregnancy, labour, birth and for 4 – 6 weeks after birth. All these midwives are skilled and experienced in providing care for women/couples who want to give birth naturally and to breastfeed their babies.

If you are planning to give birth at home or at Birthcare in Parnell or at Auckland City Hospital, are interested in waterbirthing, or are planning a vaginal birth after previously giving birth by c-section, or are a healthy woman expecting twins – there’ll be a midwife @ MAMA who can support your choices.

All midwifery care is fully subsidized for NZ citizens and residents and holders of current 2 year work visas.
