For Mother & Baby in Mama Inc. Yoga Space (60Min)

• **Yoga With Your Baby **WEDNESDAY’S -10:30AM –11:30am**

Zoom Yoga Classes (45 Min)

These classes are run via Zoom at all times during the year regardless of Covid19 Levels

• Yoga For Mum – TUESDAY’S 7:00pm – 7:45pm

• Deep Rest Restorative Yoga – WEDNESDAY’S 7:30 – 8:15pm

• Women’s Wellbeing – SATURDAY’s 9:15am – 10:00am

**This Zoom class is run only during Covid19 Lockdown L4/3 to replace the Wednesday AM class.
