Petra Horvatic leads a New Mothers Postnatal Fitness group for mothers from 8 weeks postbirth.  This is a baby friendly class but you are welcome to come alone (if you’re able to find babycare).

The classes involve a mix of techniques from Pilates, Yoga and Strength Training to a background of up-beat music to lift your energy levels, boost your spirit and make your week happier.

These classes will focus on postnatal recovery (diastasis recti & pelvic floor recovery, back strengthening and stretching, tension release from shoulders etc.  in a positive environment which will help you to kick the baby blues and to stay strong and happy.

Come and join us, have fun with your baba and meet other mums from your community.
